I'll most likely start posting 3 days after the poll, also I Won't be making Lanky Kong X_X he's too much of a feature length. Edit: Actually i'll just make a poll consisting of the 4 most voted characters and use a different poll maker that doesn't allow repeat voting >.<

Here's one: Ninten Universe: Mother Game: Mother 1 (NES (Japan))/Earthbound Beginnings (Wii U Virtual Console (USA and other territories)) Aesthetic- Instead of Blue shirt with yellow stripes, it is now a black shirt with yellow stripes. Instead of a Red/Blue hat, it is now Red/Black. Instead of a Blue pair of shorts, it is now light red He gets a red bandana around his neck He now also has a navy blue watch (If someone could make a picture of this, I'd really appreciate it) Standard-Jab 1: A punch Jab 2: A kick Jab Finisher: A headbutt Dash Attack: A shove, with PSI in his shoulder Side Tilt: Swipes at the opponent with a boomerang Side Smash: The Plastic Bat, which is the weakest one of Ninten's bats. Can reflect projectiles. Up Tilt: Does a quick handstand, with the hitbox at his feet. Can combo into itself Up Smash: An arching attack using the NonStick Pan, adopted from Ana Down Tilt: Poking at the ground very quickly Down Smash: Detonates a bomb. Adopted from Lloyd (Not ) Aerials-NAir: 's NAir, but with less end lag and more power FAir: Shoots a rock from his slingshot. Similar to Villager's FAir is Sm4sh BAir: Swings his boomerang behind him UAir: Points to the sky, with PSI energy coming out of it DAir: Points his bullhorn down a yells into it. Grab-Type: Tether (with the Rope) Pummel: Headbutt Forward Throw: Swings the Rope back, and thrusts it forward while releasing the opponents Back Throw: A circle throw Up Throw: Throws the opponent up using PSI Power Down Throw: Palutena's Down Throw from Sm4sh, but uses PSI Power Specials-Neutral: PK Beam- Like 's PK Flash, but goes slightly farther and is very slightly weaker (While Ninten cannot learn PK Beam, in a commercial for Earthbound Beginnings, he was shown using it) Side: PK Freeze- Like 's PK Fire but can freeze the opponent. Weaker and not multi-hit. Adopted from Ana Up: PK Thunder- Goes slightly farther than 's. The bolt has more range, and PK Thunder 2 is a semi-weak meteor upon contact Down: Super Spray- Stuns the opponent. The stun gets longer the higher the opponents % is. If it hits an aerial opponent, it becomes a windbox Final Smash: Ultra PK Beam- A giant version of PK Beam, with massive range and damage Other-Idle: Rubs his shoe in the dirt Taunts: Ideas neededVictory Theme: The Title Theme of Mother 1, sped up an remixed Victory Pose: Ideas neededDefeat: Respectfully claps The following will use values from SSF2 for reference: Weight: (Which puts Mario at 100) 91, barely lightly than Dash/Run Speed: (Which puts Mario at 10) 9.5, tied with Fall Speed: Normal- (Mario: 13) 10, tied with Fast- (Mario: 16) 12.5, barely slower than Jump: Normal- Has a PSI Second jump Short- (In terms of lowness to the ground) Average Running start- Above Average Jab Resetting Moves: Jab 1, DTilt, Tail of PK Thunder 1, NAir (falling) Best Kill moves: Smash Attacks, BAir, DAir, Neutral B, Back Throw, Down B (set up)

Why is ninten also a special's clone with thunder and fire and flash? Personally i has no qualms with the normals and smash attacks, but the specials >.< Personally here's what i would of done, to make him less of a clone, also why does he have a tether, it's not a rope snake. N-Spec - Brainshock/Braincyclone - This would be a charging move like pk flash, though it stays in place in ninten's center and when released, it looks like a psi whirlpool, it stuns foes and flips them mutiple times while them still being stunned, the damage, range, and times flip are increased as the charge increases, though the stun time is based off damage percents. S-Spec - Shield Off - Ninten releases a burst of psi from his hand, this attack is decent and average in knockback and power, but ignore's counters and shields. Mother is filled with psi that isn't used in later games , i think you should of used this to your advantage. U-Spec - 4th-D-Slip - I's suprised you didn't add this at all, a teleport move, not sure how interdimentional teleports are suppose to look?, maybe he flips a panel between 2 points in space/time and swaps places D-Spec - Quickup - Ninten is a asthmatic, so he should have a way of countering it, this could work like project m's lucas offence up, it charges up and when fully charge you gain more speed in ground and air. That's what i would of done for his specials. Also Don't think you'll find any ninten image better then this.

Those are all awesome. I really tried to use only offensive abilities, and you know the whole running thing with Ness & Lucas, yadayadayada. Very cool ideas though, I wish I would've thought of these. Also, that Ninten pic is AMAZING

Eevee changes the battle!Description: Eevee's a normal type, making it a very average four legged fighter. It has a small hurtbox making it hard to hit. But the overall range of it's attacks are short as well. The main selling point of Eevee is it's down special, which I'll get into later. Weight: 85 Height: Short Dash Speed: Above Average Air Speed: Average Jump Height: Average Standard AttacksJab: Scratch Damage: 2% up to 3 uses, 1% after Knockback: Very Low Range: Short Description: Eevee does a weak songle scratch with its paw. Can be used repeatedly. Forward tilt: Tail Swipe Damage: 8% Knockback: Low Range: Short Description: Eevee spins, whipping its tail around. Up Tilt: Headbutt Damage: 9% Knockback: Medium Range: Short Description: Eevee hops up, butting anyone above it with its head. Down Tilt: Paw Swipe Damage: 7% Knockback: Low Range: Short Descripton: While ducking, Eevee swipes with its paw. Dash Attack: Tackle Damage: 10% Knockback: Medium Range: Medium Description: Eevee lunges forward eith a powerful headbutt. Smash AttacksSide Smash: Tackle Damage: 10% Knockback: Medium Range: Short Description: Eevee leaps forward delivering a fierce tackle. Up Smash: Head Smash Damage: 12% Knockback: High Range: Short Description: Eevee c*** its head back, delivering a fierce headbutt. Down Smash: Sweep Attack Damage: 11% Front hit, 12% Back hit Knockback: Medium Range: Short Description: Eevee spins in place, swiping its tails infront and behind it. Aerials Neutral Air: Front Flip Damage: 9% Knockback: Medium Range: Short Description: A simple flip, similar to Pikachu's Nair. Forward Air: Midair Swipe Damage: 8% Knockback: Low Range: Short Description: A quick forward swipe with its paw. Similar to Luigi's Fair Back Air: Tail Swipe Damage: 5% per hit, 2 hits Knockback: Medium Range: Short Description: Eevee wag its tail twice. Up Air: Tail Swat Damage: 9% Knockback: Low Range: Short Description: Eevee lifts its rear upwards and swipes with its tail. Down Air: Tail Smash Damage: 10% Knockback: Medium Range: Short Description: A meteor smash that has no sour spot, thought it's also the weakest meteor in the game. Grab & Throws Grab: Bite Range: Short Description: Eevee bites and holds onto its opponent. Pummel: Chomp Damage: 2% Description: Eevee chomps on the opponent. Forward Throw: Toss Damage: 9% Knockback: Low Description: Eevee sputs out its opponent Back Throw: Reverse Toss Damage: 10% Knockback: Medium Description: Eevee turns around and spits the opponent out behind them. Up Throw: Spit Up Damage: 11% Knockback: Low Description: Eevee tosses the opponent up into the air. Down Throw: Rough Toss Damage: 8 Knockback: Low Description: Eevee slams the opponent into the ground while spitting them out. Specials Neutral Special: Tail Whip Damage: 2%, 1% per hit, 2 hits Knockback: Low Range: Short Description: Eevee turns around an wags its tail. On contact with the opponent it lowers their defense by 20%. Making them more susceptible to damage and knockback. Also bypasses shields. Side Special: Swift Damage: 3% per star(3 stars) Knockback: Low Range: Medium Description: After some start up, Eevee glows yellow, shooting 3 star projectiles. They don't travel very far but have a very accurate homing effect. Up Special: Return Damage: 9% Knockback: Varies Range: Varies Description: Eevee does a struggling doggy paddle to rise into the air. Similar to the main games Return's damage is dependent on the Pokemon's happiness stat. Instead in SSF2 the knockback and distance travel scale with %. Similar to Lucario's ExtremeSpeed. At low percents Return has poor knockback and recovery distance, but at higher percentages this increases dramatically. The maximum potential being 130%, where Return can travel almost the same length as Jigglypuff's 5 jumps and can kill around 90% from anywhere on the stage. Even earlier midair. Down Special: Evolve Description: Eevee will spontaneously evolve mid-match and will randomly evolve into one of its 8 Eeveelutions. This move sports invincibility frames similar to Zelda/Sheik's Transform. Rules of Eeveeutions and how they work: show • Evolving mid-match is permanent and you can not revert back to Eevee for the remainder of the fight. • All Eeveelutions are clones of Eevee, sporting the same tilts, dash attack, grabs, and aerials. Unless explicitly said otherwise in their individual segments. • Due to All Eeveelutions being bigger, stronger, and grown versions of Eevee. Their standard attacks and aerials generally have more range and deal more damage. They're also heavier (The average Eeveelution weight is 100) • Most Eeveelutions have unique Smash Attacks. • All Eeveelutions have unique Specials. • Due to how much space the Eeveelutions would take up on the roster. They all count as an individual color palette for Eevee. Meaning the player can swap through them in character select, and that Eevee and its evolutions have no true palette swaps. • Due to the above, that means when participating in Team Battles Flareon will be chosen for Red Team, Vaporeon for Blue Team, and Leafeon for Green Team. Description Flareon is the tough heavy hitter of the Eeveelution line. It may not be the fastest but its attacks pack a punch! •Flareon's tilts and throws do more damage than the over Eeveelotions, due to it having the highest Physical Attack stat of the line. •Flareon is a fast faller, and the second heaviest Eeveelution. SmashesSide Smash: Overheat Damage: 15% Knockback: High Range: Short Description: Flareon creates a small yet powerful explosion infront of itself. Very powerful smash attack. Up Smash: Fired Up Damage: 12% Knockback: High Range: Short Description: Flareon charges itself with flames. Covering its body with a hitbox, particularly overhead. Down Smash: Spin Damage: 10% Knockback: Medium Range: Short Description: An attack not involving any fire, Flareon spins on its stomach. Sending opponents in an angle much like Samus' down smash. But nowhere near as strong. SpecialsNeutral Special: Flamethrower Damage: 2%-3% per second, degrades over 3 seconds. Knockback: None/Pushes Range: Medium Description: Similar to Bowser's Fire Breath. Flamethrower deals more damage but degrades faster. Side Special: Flare Blitz Damage: 16% Recoil: 6% on start up, another 6% on a successful hit. Knockback: High Range: Long Description: Basically Charizard's Flare Blitz from SSB4. It travels a long horizontal distance, puts Flareon into helpless state midair. Up Special: Fire Spin Damage: 12% if all hits connect Knockback: High Range: Medium Description: Flareon curls into a ball of fire and spins into the air. On the shorter side of spectrum in terms of recovery moves. Fire Spin covers mediocre vertical distance but is good for recovering horizontally. Down Special: Fire Fang Damage: 11% Knockback: Medium Range: Short Description: Flareon c*** its head back, during this Flareon has super armor. It then releases a flaming bite. Mediocre knockback but good for catching an overzealous opponent off guard. Description: Vaporeon is a Unique zoner with the most unique recovery in the game. Heavily inspired by Vaporeon in Super Smash Land. • Puddle is a very important effect caused by Vaporeon's Neutral Special. It does not have any direct effect on the opponent or the battle but it's a key component to Vaporeon's Up Special. A puddle is a blue puddle of water that lays flat on the stage or a platform. Smash AttacksSide Smash: Water Blast Damage: 14% Knockback: High Range: Medium Description: Vaporeon shoots a controlled blast of water. Good range Up Smash: Fin Flip Damage: 12% Knockback: High Range: Short Description: A basic backflip up smash. Vaporeon flips and uses its tail to hit the opponent. Down Smash: Tail Flail Damage: 11% Knockback: High Range: Medium Description: Vaporeon sweeps its tail on both sides. A fast and faily long ranged move, similar to Yoshi's down smash. Special AttackNeutral Special: Water Gun Damage: 7% Knockback: Low Range: Long Description: Vaporeon shoots a narrow blast of water from its mouth. The water travels in an arc. The player can tilt how far and how steep and arc the water travel by tilting up or down on whatever controller they're using. If the blast of water lands on the stage or a platform it leaves a puddle. Side Special: Bubble Damage: 4% Knockback: Low Range: Medium Description: Vaporeon creates a large bubble(the size of about Mario's head). The bubble travels very slowly. It pops on contact with an opponent. Despite the massive benefits Bubble offers in terms of approaching, stage control, and frame trapping. It also has very bad priority, meaning it can be popped by the opponents attacks. Up Special: Aqua Ring Damage: 8% (on the splash only.) Knockback: Medium Range: Infinite Description: Vaporeon covers itself with 2 bright blue rings. If there is a puddle on the stage, Vaporeon will disappear for a second and come bursting out of the puddle. The puddle makes a splash, damaging any opponent who's directly standing on the puddle. The range of this is infinite and can be activated anywhere. If there isn't a puddle already on the stage when Vaporeon activates Aqua Ring Vaporeon will do a short hop midair and go into helpless state. This move is great for it's very long range, but the Vaporeon player should be wary of being baited to teleport. As this move is easily telegraphed, and Vaporeon can be hit out if Aqua Ring before it disappears despite it's fairly quick startup. Down Special: Toxic Damage: 2% per second for 4 seconds. Knockback: None Range: Long Description: Vaporeon shoots a circular mass of toxic sludge in an arc. It poisons the opponent on contact, it causes no direct damage or flinch. The toxic sludge can be reflected and absorbed. It can't be angled like Water Gun. Description: Jolteon is the speedster of the Eeveelution line. Able to rush down it's opponents rather than zone them out or overpower them. • Due to having a lack of a tail, all attacks of Eevee's that use it's tail, Jolteon uses its hind legs instead. •Jolteon is the fastest Eeveelution and the second fastest character in the game. • Jolteon is one of the lightest Eeveelutions, a weight stat of 90.It shares this trait with Sylveon. New Attacks Forward Tilt: Turnaround Kick Damage: 9% Knockback: Low Range: Short Description: Jolteon spins on it's front legs and delivers a dropkick with its hind legs. Back Air: Drop Kick Damage: 9% Knockback: Medium Range: Short Description: Jolteon delivers a midair dropkick, faster than the standard Eeveelution bair. Down Air: Electric Drill Damage: 13% if all hits connect Knockback: High Range: Short Description: Very similar to Pikachu's down air, excepttJolteon's acts as a drill, with hit knockback on the last hit. Can kill around 125% horizontally. SmashesSide Smash: Electric Shock Damage: 12% Knockback: High Range: Medium Description: Similar looking to Pikachu's side smash, Jolteon's is a multi-hit attack. Up Smash: Charge Damage: 10%(body), 15%(sweetspot) Knockback: High Range: Short Description: Jolteon charges itself with electric energy, causing electricity to surround its body. The electric point at the top of this move is a sweetspot, dealing high damage and knockback. Down Smash: Electric Slide Damage: 12% Knockback: Medium Range: Short Description: While releasung electric energy Jolteon spins in place. The move acts similar to Samus' down smash. SpecialsNeutral Special: Discharge Damage: 15% Knockback: High Range: Medium Description: A chargable attack, unlike other chargable moves(such as Charge Shot or Giant Punch) Discharge has no uncharged version. This move must be fully charged innorder to produce a hitbox. The Discharge itself once fully charged covers all of Jolteon is a circular hitbox. The hitbox is larger on the the ground than the air, though it still has solid range either way. It can kill around 110% and is Jolteon's best combo kill confirm. Side Special: Volt Switch Damage: 10% Knockback: Medium Range: Medium Description: Jolteon zaps forward, it has an active hitbox similar to that of Falcon Boost or Peach Bomber. On a successful hit Jolteon will u-turn immediately back to where it initiated the attack. Has a considerable amount of endlag on whiff. Up Special: Agility Range: Medium Description: Agility acts similar to Lucario's ExtremeSpeed, except it has a set distance it will always travel. It can be steered left or right. Down Special: Wild Charge Damage: 13% Recoil: 2% Knockback: High(Grounded), Medium(Aerial) Range: Long Description: Similar to Falcon Kick, Jolteon rushes forward, charhed with electricity. If used midair Jolteon will dive downwards t an angle. Description: Umbreon is the mysterious member of the Eeveelution line. Umbreon has a more defensive special moveset. •Umbreon is the third heaviest Eeveelution, its weight giving it more survivability. •Umbreon is the slowest Eeveelution. SmashesSide Smash: Night Tackle Damage: 13% Knockback: High Range: Short Description: Umbreon, covered in a dark purple aura. Thrusts its head forward. Short range but a very reliable kill move. Up Smash: Flip Kick Damage:11% Knockback: Medium Range: Short Description: Umbreon does a Backflip, a simple and weak smash attack. Down Smash: Dark Pulse Damage: 14% Knockback: High Range: Medium Description: Umbein stomps downwards, creating a dark purple pulse at its feet. The hitbox is disjointed and covers both sides of Umbreon at its feet. SpecialsNeutral Special: Payback Damage: 12% Knockback: 1.5× that of countered move Range: Medium Description: Umbreon readies itself, when attacked during the invincibility frames Umbreon unleashes a burst of purple energy, that looks as if it's clawing the opponent. It's the strongest counter in the game having a 1.5× knockback multiplier. Allowing it to kill when countering most smash attacks around 90%. The player must use it wisely however as it doesn't have that many invincibility frames and leaves Umbreon exposed on whiff. Side Special: Foul Play Damage: 5% + the % of the countered move Knockback: High Range: Long Description: Umbreon shoots a flashing purple sphere from its forehead. The sphere doesn't have any hitbox, windbox, or etc. Instead if the sphere comes into contact with an attack it detonates. It uses the countered attacks damage and adds 5% to it. Basically this is a counter in projectile form, and staying true to the games. It uses the opponents strength against them, in terms of damage. The explosion however doesn't multiply knockback like other counters instead it just naturally has high knockback. Can kill around 120%. Foul play can not be reflected, absorbed, or pocketed. As the projectile itself has no hitbox or deals damage. Up Special: Pursuit Damage: 13% on sweetspot Knockback: High Range: Medium Description: A straightforward and linear recovery move. Pursuit almost instantly sends Umbreon travelling in a player controlled direction. The move has no active hitboxes during the travel. Instead once it reaches its maximum distance. Umbreon will flash bright purple, anyone who comes into contact with Umbreon during this is launched. Similar to Sonic's side special. Down Special: Wish Heal: 18% Description: Umbreon closes its eyes gently and flashes yellow. Soon after this, a wishing star falls straight down from the upper blast line. The star pierces platforms. Once it comes into contact with Umbreon it will heal 18%, although the Umbreon player must be careful. As the opponent can intercept the wishing star to heal themselves, or leave themselves open for a punish. After Wish has been activated it can't be used again for 90 seconds. This timer does not carry over stocks. Description: Espeon is the wise Eeveelutio, and a fast projectile user. While initially Espeon's projectiles are weak from the start. Calm Mind makes it a formidable foe. • Espeon is the second fastest Eeveelution. • Espeon has a unique grab and set of throws. The down special is fairly straight forward. If you start the game as Eevee and use Evolve mid-match you'll randomly evolve into on of the 8 possible Eeveelutions.
You can also start the match as any of the Eeveelutions by simply cycling through them as if they were palette swaps on the character select menu.
