I've developed, IMO, a pretty good story for a Phantisy Star game. There's just one kink, I'd be the GM. So I'd need someone who would like to take over/ co-GM this game.

"These are good times... were good times. As some of you might know, as of late, all communications with Muex, the capital city of the planet Giunas, have stopped, except for a single distress signal. We have already set a scouting team to the planet but, unfortunately, we lost their signal too. Their transmissions described mutations in the local wildlife to a degree we've never seen before. We are to be a search and rescue squadron, not a destroy every thing you see squadron. We are to rescue who we can then leave the city to the creatures. So think of it as an evacuation."

As the man was finishing his speech the ship jarred, the warning sirens started to go off. A crash landing. The ship still seems to be in perfect working order, minus propulsion and communications.

"Calm down everyone, I'm sure this is only temporary. Nothing has changed. We still are here on a mission."

Of course the hidden story is the good part.

I also wanted to make this a stat RP, but we all know what happen to those.

I quite like the idea, but stats?
Eww. They just erase all the magic of an RP. Normal RPers are supposed to use other people's posts to their benefit.
But then you could change it into an RPG, if that's what you're counting to do...

There never was going to be a stat RP. Either that or it was still in the consideration part or Negative Null's brain.
I would love to join, but frankly, I'm completely inexperienced in the area of Phantisy Star, so I would become a burden, and wouldn't be able to RP right without the knowledge of the current terminology. Sorry.

Everything would be explained, in the character creation process.
