				   |   I had that random idea concerning PK Thunder... What if Up B would skip the ball completely, allowing Ness to go into PKThunder2 state right away if you hold B? Tapping it would work just like it does now, and holding it turn Ness into the missile of "death" from the start. Helps his recovery out a lot, adds a nice OoS (kill) option and he would still have his regular PK Thunder for w/ever Ness mains use it. Idk how much startup the shortcut would take, but I think that would be a nice addition to his moveset.

				   |   Ok, how about this: (Ill just call that theoretical thing PKT3 from now on) PKThunder2 gets buffed in terms of KBand becomes a kill move compared to what we have now, and PKT3 does less damage and has a KB multiplier of 0.75 or something like that. Additionally, it travels only 90% of PKTunder2. This way the move still has its charm as you put it if you want to use it to its full potential, but whenever you want an easy way/dont need the full PKT2, you go for PKT3. Does that sound better?

				   |   Eh, I'd rather make PKT1 much faster (thereby buffing Ness's neutral as well but adding an extra skill requirement) and perhaps give Ness's head intangibility or widen the disjoint than just replace it (even if you make it an option, people will just use it all the time) with another really overused concept.

				   |   Indeed. I say let Ness keep his unique recovery. Besides, buffs in other areas - e.g. stubby limb syndrome - are a much better direction to take any changes.
