This man(?) has a problem with his Rasengan/Rasen Shuriken. When you fully charge :naruto: 's NSpecial, but then get hit while it is fully charged, it releases the regular, uncharged Rasengan or just goes back to charging it. I'm sure multiple people have experienced this.

This is a weird glitch. I've experienced it too, but I'm sure the devs know about it.
