I eagerly await the next use of nuclear weapons on a nation-state.

On the other hand, one H-bomb tested by the Russians on Nova Zembla destroyed nearly all stone and wooden buildings at 55 km away from impact. This was the strongest one tested so far, in 1961.

Anything like that could probably affect Jerusalem pretty badly if they drop one on Tel Aviv. I cannot see them wasting it on something like the Golan heights, after all.

Haifa would also seem a stupid target to me, since many Palestinians live there in peace. The Arab nations would be very pissed at Tehran if they did.

But clearly this would take quite some time, maybe there'll be another revolt. [/wishful thinking]

Maybe we will get to see a nuclear war after all! [/wishful thinking]

Iran has been struggling to get the bomb for a while, if they even get one at all I can't see it being very large.

Iran has already made it clear that if they were to nuke Israel they would nuke Tel Aviv.

They did? Well, the distance between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem is 54 km. Though the H-bomb would not destroy Jerusalem, it would likely do significant damage.

The decision to nuke Tel Aviv comes because of it's high population and the fact that a nuclear reactor is near by. Also, to point something out for you, Iran does not care much for the Arab world.

Only the fact there was a nuclear reactor nearby was new to me. Thanks for pointing Iran's care out, I had pointed it out myself, too, in this very same topic. There's some use in drilling it, though.

Though it is of a different sect than the bulk of the Arab world, they do try to increase their influence.
