Seems cool but
I think the Fan character should have some kind of set rules
before people start spriting random people like a Samurai and Robot hanging around

good that you mention it. The fan-chars I need will appear in travellers town. A night-time twon with lots of back alleys and bars. It's pretty similair to traverse town. So that's kinda it. Some chars will apear walking on the streets and some will appear in the bar.

actually I think would glitch would fit in rather nice in one of the bars. He has a bit of a bouty hunter feel IMO.

As much as I enjoy the outline and lineart (I love the cartoony effect), the shading is just ridiculous. Pillowed, random and where the hell is the light source? The house and the grass have huge problems. The hat needs brighter colors. The sea/bay thing doesn't look anything like water.

water's fixed and the shading on the house is hard to get right. So we leaved that for later on. We'll get on it as soon as the rest is done.
