The mixture of real life and pokemen causes a bastardization that results in armies of acid spitting dog sized spiders, sentient Pitcher plants and giant water dragons; causing the human death tole to increase by over 1000%. Humans still stupidly try to keep their walking death machines around them because of an unexplained attraction, presumably caused by pheromones created by the abominations.
