same, by a very very very large margin. the first two mystery dungeon games especially were really cool and kinda quirky rpg/roguelike things, and i honestly really like the pokemon universe so it was a great setting for them.

yeah, i actually quite loved the story elements to the first two games (blue/red and time/darkness/sky). it was charming and fun and had a buttload of replay value with those special dungeons that you start out on lvl 1 with and just generally as the dungeons were different each time. they're fantastic games.

yeah. it even managed to make trying to 'get them all' fun, (even if it was basically impossible for some of the really rare ones) because the friend areas that they all lived in were really cool and acted like these mini checklist things. though i think they got rid of that in darkness/time??

Yeah, just gets a bad rep because of his catch phrase. His voice only adds to the dislike.

Resident Evil style tank controls just don't work in a Mario-esque platformer

Never said the game was amazing lol.

I actually kinda like how surreal everything looks, although it still looks like crap. Ive always wanted Bubsy to make a comeback just for the hell of it

I tried playing FF7 a few times but it was always came off as really s*** to me. It's started feeling like I was forcing myself to play it just because it was suppose to be good. FF5 is my favourite. Tactics is my favourite spin off though I probably like it more than any of the main series games anyway.

Very aware that people s*** on FF7 is very trendy but honestly when I formed that opinion I think it was actually 5 or 6 years ago. Also I'm the only person I've found who's favourite main series FF game is 5. :s

FF5 is an equal favourite of mine with FF4, it was fantastic.

I never got into 4 for some reason. :/
I dig 3 though.

EDIT: Woah actually here we go. Unpopular opinion. I played through the second one and I liked it. Suck on that. So f*** broken but I enjoyed it.
