During the night, the town slept peacefully for once. There were no screams of death to wake the residents.

Ah, I was afraid that would happen. I haven't posted because I didn't think that I really had anything to add to the conversation. Posting uselessly can be just as scummy, if not more, than not posting.

I can assure you though, that I am not mafia. If necessary, I can provide witnesses. (Notice the plural for witnesses. If I were actually mafia, the only other person who I could call upon to vouch for my "innocence" would be the other mafia members. Since we know that only two of them remain, the fact that I can provide multiple witnesses pretty much destroys any argument for me being mafia).

Also, what "four" are you referring to? The people that have been replaced?

For all we know, you could be bluffing. Show us your witnesses.

That is a possibility. However, I will chose not to reveal who my witnesses are at the moment, because doing so will compromise their security, and make them prime targets for the mafia. In fact, there is a chance that you could be trying to get me to reveal who they are so that you can kill one of them tonight. Besides, I'm not very close to being lynched right now, so I will wait until the time is right to play the witnesses card.

Actually, I was referring to the four people who play this game and were in this section and didn't post anything.

Plus, you come up with all these elaborate schemes and plans that proves that you're not mafia and others are. I just think it's thought over too much. I think you're mafia, and you're not going to change that opinion. To add to it all, if I remember correctly, you didn't even post that much in the beginning. You waited, until there were not as many people.

Actually, I posted almost as soon as I joined the game. Almost all of the deaths so far happened before I was involved. I was a replacement, not here from the beginning.
