I don't see any topics for Android games around here so I'd though I'd post this.

I've had an Android Liquid-E for awhile now and just recently have I been getting into some of the games. If you have any suggestions to add to the list just post it here or PM me. If you would like some game suggestions just look below or ask for specifics in a post.(Note that all of these games are FREE)

Inotia 3: Children of Carnia

RPG - Strategy
I started playing this game about a week ago, I must say that I am thoroughly enjoying myself. The gameplay is very complex, yet it pulls off a very convenient and quite simple interface. Also if you don't like the interface, it's fully customizable via the ingame settings; heck you can even change the transparency of the directional controls! Overall the games fighting system is fantastic and your characters looks also change as you wear and find different equipment, the only disappointment is that the games storyline gets increasingly worse as you go but the good out does the bad.
Gameplay: 9/10 Very smooth. Only problem is that hired characters are better than storyline.
Sound: 7/10 Could have more variety.
Story: 7/10 Choppy and lazy at some points, still diverse.

Arcade - Puzzle
The first time I saw this game on the market I immediately thought "f***... another Tetris poser, with a terrible name as well!" but when I download it I was quite surprised. This game offers the same old extremely addictive Tetris gameplay but with a couple of extra twists. While you're playing you may notice a little progress bar down at the bottom, every time it reaches the end a gray line will raise up from the bottom(sometimes multiple). In later levels this becomes quite difficult but luckily there's one small thing that can help you out. Every couple of shapes you will get an orange square with a special effect, it will pass through blocks until reaching the last possible empty space(this becomes quite handy). If you like games like Tetris and Bejeweled this is definitely a game you'll want to pick up.
Gameplay: 10/10 Addictive, smooth and very satisfying.
Sound: 5/10 Matches the game but can be p. annoying at times.
Storyline: N/A

Tic Tac Toe

Pencil and Paper
Simply the best Tic Tac Toe game for Android.
Gameplay: 10/10 Tic Tac Toe at its best.
Sound: 8/10 Can be quiet but personally this game doesn't need sound.
Storyline: N/A

Demon Hunter
- Link - https://market.android.com/details?id=c ... re.dhunter
RPG - Platformer
Demon Hunter at its basics is just a simple Korean game translated to English. None of the sprites match and the dialogue is atrocious, yet this game has a certain appeal. If you have ever been/are a Castlevania fan than you will definitely enjoy the fighting in this game. I find myself ignoring the storyline until its necessary to move onto the next area and I also tend to spend a lot of time upgrading my weapons. Personally I could do without the storyline and cheesy sprites but the gameplay is solid.
Gameplay: 8/10 There are times when I die from moving to the next map and getting shot instantly.
Sound: 7/10 Simply appealing, reminds me of older vidya games.
storyline: 4/10 Bleh!

Slice It! is pretty fun

Also Zenonia looks really good but unfortunately it's a paid app and a demo doesn't look worth it

Cordy looks neat but it's not compatible with my phone

Zenonia is from the same company of Inotia 3, you should give it a try infact I've also played the demo and preferred Inotia over Zenonia. I'll also try out Cordy and Slice it! but Cordy is going to turn my phone into an oven xD (battery heats up fast).

I do not have an Android phone but Sonic CD is a classic:

And apparently you can play as Tails, providing you finish the game.

I got Zenonia on my 3DS, really not worth it IMO. Very repetitive.

Since this thread should technically be for discussing Android apps...

Anyone tried out Skyvi? It looks relatively new but judging by the amount of installs it's extremely popular. I would test it out myself, but it's incompatible with my phone. It does look pretty decent though.

I've tried out Vlingo though and was pleasantly surprised. It does the job but unlike Siri it doesn't talk back at you. Skyvi claims to though.

Sorry for the lack of updates, exams and such. Yes I will update the OP with a couple apps and the games that have been suggested.

@Whimzer
The game is definitely NOT for the storyline, it's just good for grinding and upgrading your team. See how good you can get type thing.

Modern Combat 3 is quite nice, as is Mini Motor Racing.

If I want a quick gaming fix I usually go for FPSe *cough*

I own all four Zenonia games and i can guarantee you: the second one is the only one worth playing for the unique character design and classes. Also, it doesn't focus around Regret: the most generic c*** character in a RPG game.. ever..

The rest are GARBAGE (Zenonia 1, Zenonia 3, and Zenonia 4)

Also,

I second Modern Combat 3, but it's expensive for a game. Normally you spend $60 on games like that anyways, so $7 should be nothing. Then again, it depends on what you like.

Yep lmao, it's basically a PC when it comes to program integration, you have the files for a program and it will run.

I can update the list a bit when I get the time, have a lot more games I regular nowadays.
