After working on the same characters and the same style of game for like 5 or 6 years or something, you probably want to do something different. (Is that why all the devs are gone???)

I guess you're right, but usually when a new developer takes over a series they tend not to be as good anymore. I'm not speaking for this series as i havent played Sly 4 yet but yeah...

Don't worry about it. It isn't Sly 2, it has flaws, but it's still a really solid game.

What? No, Sly 2 is the highlight of the series. I'm saying this one isn't that good.

This game has its moments, but not as good as the previous 2.

It's difficult to judge because it's different, yeah. It feels more like a beta for the gameplay if you compare it to the later titles.

Sly 2 is my favourite one as well.

I've heard it only has 5 chapters + prologue/epilogue, though... dissapointed, but ah well.

I'm pretty sure all the Sly games were like that. (Or I could be wrong?? I can't remember lol)

Anyway there's plenty of s*** to do in those worlds, between collecting treasures, bottles and masks. The actual story progression might not be the longest thing ever made, but with that other stuff factored in, it's a rather meaty game.

enfin, the final boss was a let down, but overall it was a worthy entry in the series. They left out some of the more 'popular' Coopers, but all the more reasons why we'll see a sequal.
