For me, I'll only look at the starting roster, then find all the unlockable stuff myself.

I would look up the starter stuff, (stages, characters, modes, etc.) and maybe if i wanna spoil myself, i'll go look at the unlockables...

If Square Enix were to get some characters in, I'd say that at least Cloud, and possibly Crono would be in. At the least.

Hate to break it to you, but Cloud has literally no chance of getting in. That is, of course, unless you can point out what nintendo game he appeared in. Excluding Kingdom Hearts, if you point that out I would instantly mention that Sora is more likely under those circumstances.

Crono, on the other hand, I REALLY want to see. Chrono Trigger WAS perhaps the biggest RPG on the SNES, so he has a high chance to get in.

I wouldn't say a high chance, but a chance nonetheless I suppose.

I'm more excited for the aesthetic aspect of SSB4 than anything else to be perfectly honest. The jump aesthetically from each smash bros is quite insane. I'm ecstatic to see what SSB4 will look like.

Yeah, when you unlock the characters without knowing who they are, and see someone who surprises you (In my case, Mewtwo in melee or Ness in the first one.), it makes the memories of unlocking that character so much better. I guess that's why brawl never fascinated me like melee or the first SSB did. When I get SSB4, I'm not going ruin the surprise like I did with Brawl.

Like I've said previously, getting Disney, Namura, and Sakurai to all agree is going to be a pain, but either way if he is asked for enough he has one game on each hand-held system, save the first gameboy, so they might put him in.

Ain't gonna happen. I doubt someone would even suggest that. I'm just gonna assume the third-parties are gonna be Sonic, and the most requested character (or so it seems), MegaMan. If a Square Enix character appears, I would expect a Dragon Quest character or Geno (I can hope...).

i think that if online play is in this next smash bros, it would be worth something

Since Online was in Brawl, I think Online has a chance of being in SSB4.
