(Wait what? XD Let's break this down:
Since these battles are like the game, but with a pinch of Anime, moves with 100% pretty much always hit (I could've dodged so many moves if I wanted to). Basically, use Number Generator for moves with less accuracy (Ex. Use Random for Hydro Pump). For moves with a 5 in the accuracy, round up and use Random (So the Fangs will pretty much always hit)

Porygon manipulating cyberspace fits the character, but I'll give you this: You can only do it once for every 3 Boss Battle (Willie, Roul, Gym Leaders, Elite Four, Champion, and Post-Game if we get that far)
