Considering the creator of Metal Gear Solid begged Nintendo to put him in Super Smash Brothers, and how happy the fans were when they saw Snake in the first trailer, I think he has a 100% chance of getting in SSB4. He would probably look like he did in brawl.

You're getting your trivia mixed up. Dedede and Pit were both intended for ssb64, Snake was intended for Melee.
