Well, you must be a sad sack of crap if you think Death is the ultimate point in life.

Well what happens in life after death, it's either you go to heaven, hell or nothing.

It really is the ultimate point.

if you're going to make a dumb thread, at the very least don't begin it with your own preconceived and stupid opinion

are you trying to get people to reply to you to disagree with you? because pretty much every f*** person on the planet that isn't an edgy nihilist or a moron doesn't think that death is the "ultimate point in life". christ almighty. there's no way you aren't trying your hardest to get a ruse out of people.

i'll leave the thread unlocked, sure. i really want to see you try to defend this.

Not to defend Tsu or anything but I was under the impression he meant "point" as in "destination"

Although I might be giving him too much credit

either way damn luke take it easy
you're breaking character again

I will lock this thread at the first sign of it going downhill, so tread lightly.

*treads lightly*

Honestly, though. I try not to think about it, because why would I? It's depressive, scary, and frankly I just dont like the idea of it all. When I do think about it, it's usually just to ask myself the same questions that i'm sure everyone else has asked themselves at one point.

What happens after death?
Can I be reborn a kawaii girl?
Do ghosts exist?
Can jet fuel really melt steel beams?

That sort of thing.

I was under the impression that he meant "ultimate" as in "final," not as "the greatest/the most notable."

Death's an inevitable event... I mean, you can't be immortal. But what you can do is make the most out of life instead of fearing its end. I say live life to the fullest. Don't fear death, but don't throw all caution to the wind and act as though you're actively seeking death either, because then you might just cut your life short.

But I mean, hey. If dying young is your thing, then go for it. More power to you.

Chill out dude, first of all it's a fact that death the the ultimate point of life, the final end.

Please take a chill pill before you go on an insult frenzy out of a simple sentence.

use a better word than ultimate
ultimate means the last in a series yes but most people take it as synonymous with "best"
luke was just in his post, that's a very reasonable misunderstanding to have taken

just watch out with semantics is all

Most of the time I just know it's there and I don't really care.
Someone ran a red light today and if another driver was also having a maniacal fit she could have died.
Watched Budd Dwyer taste the barrel of his gun and I just watched him slump over. There's no connection.
Random people dying is something I don't feel for since they're all just random blips that's impossible to feel attached to. Me dying is something I can accept 99% of the time since I've spent quite a few years thinking about it.
