I Made Two MGN Account When Online First Came Out And Two Weeks Ago , I Have SSF2 Put In Manage Games. And They Still Cant Go On The Servers. Is There Something Im Doing Wrong?

The error. It should say something. Where it would usually say "MGN connection established"

Fix your proxy settings, specifically the ones affiliated with Internet Explorer.
