Meh. I don't usually watch anime for comedy, as most of them are mostly drama and whatnot, but Naruto has its moments.

I dislike Pani Poni because the art style is s*** (You'll notice if you look really close) and it's only occasionally funny, but I recommend Lovely Complex, Seitokai no Ichizon and Honey and Clover.

I rarely watch anime for comedy, I prefer the actiony kind and occasionally mystery (Death note

Bleach is comedic, but it has many parody elements.
