hey i am one member from expansion forum and i trying to do talbain from darkstalkers(if you dont know who is him google) and the original sprites are too big can you help me to do it or teach me how to sprite because i only know how to animate

For pixel art Programs, you can use the paint program installed in every computer as always or download one of the other following:

-Fireworks
-Graphics gale (probably one of the most recommended)
-Photoshop (pretty good aswell)

If however you're using a device like an iPhone or iPad, artstudio and SS (sprite something. It's an actual app) are good pixel art apps for you too.

Hope these help you on your path to pixel art making and encourages you to sprite pretty well

If you are new to spriting, I'd suggest holding off of Jon Talbain. He is a very complicated character, motion-wise, and if you have little expierence, he is going to give you a headache replicating those. Let alone the detail of each individual sprite.
