Yeah,Lucario seems like he has the combos of PM Lucario and the aura of Ultimate Lucario. Looks kinda terrifying... Not as bad as Rayman's dash attack.

And for the new down b, I think it doesn't work with him because Lucario has a bunch of slow attacks (but they're powerful of course) but looking forward on the character is a perfect move to start or extend combos, and to set free his amount of attacks, glad to try some tricks for the down b.
