Damn they both look good and I like the look of the stage, but I wish Marth showed more facial expression.

I don't know if it's just identicle across the Fire Emblem games, but that is definitly the same stage used in Fire Emblem: Awakening's puzzle swap... Of course the proper Fire Emblem fans are already well aware.

With E3 less thana week away, it does make me think Chrom is that much more likely...

If you'd stop being pretentious for ten seconds you'd realize the puzzle swap is in Arena Ferox.

There might be something to that, though. If I remember correctly, Mario Galaxy was first shown about a week or two before Rosalina's reveal.

So, can anybody fill me in on where this stage actually comes from? I don't recognize it.

Although getting two stages in a week is huge, especially considering how long it had been before. I love me some stages. This one looks really dull without the platforms though (albeit pretty cool visually), so I'd like to see its full glory.

By "the proper Fire Emblem fans are already well aware" I meant that most fans of the series probably recognize the stage from the games proper instead of puzzle swap. I only own one Fire Emblem game and that was a free download of Sacred Stones on my 3DS. I am by no rights a proper FE fan myself

Ah, I see. That's not pretentious at all then. My bad.

Read the description, Sakurai more or less starts off with "In the original game". The Colloseum appears in multiple Fire Emblem games and iirc this design is just a collection of most of those. The concept is similair to Pokémon Stadium, if you catch my drift.

Sorry that I'm not "wow that looks cool"
My concern with stages is that I'm afraid there won't be enough tourney safe ones. Brawl has that problem. It's pretty much Smashville and Battlefield with the occasional Halberd or PS1

No worries.

Every stage is also Final Destination!
