Step 1: Suggest a user to be added to this group.

Step 2: Wait for me to add that user to the Potential User list.

Step 3: Vote on the user.

Step 4: Votes will be tallied 36 hours after the user is added to the Potential User list, or when over half the people in the usergroup have voted aye or nay for the user to be admitted into the usergroup, whichever comes first.
Note that ties or users without at least 2 votes aye or nay shall be delayed until the tie is broken and the user has reached the minimum.

Simple procedure, no? I shall start off with a few suggestions of my own. In my next post, I shall describe my reasons for putting them there.

Note: And for reference, this post was made at 4:55 in my time zone. Use that as reference to compare it to your own.

EDIT: You may now suggest someone for removal from the group. The voting works in a similar way. A vote yes means that the person should stay, a vote no means the person should be removed. As with normal voting, anyone on the Recently Reapproved list cannot be nominated for removal until they disappear from the list.

Not Sayonara wishes to join, and I vote yes. He has proved his RPing skills time and time again, and he was in PoW, Joat, and pretty good at the time.
