Couldn't find a topic about this and i just beaten it so i decided to make a topic about it.
So i've haven't play any layton games, only all the ace attorneys, though i found it very pleasing, from both the layton and phoenix sides of the game overall, i liked how there were voice acting for phoenix and maya[I think he has the best voice in this crossover then all the other games] and how nicely made the cutscenes are, also enjoy how much music they made for it, including the remixes, i really love the witch's court cross examination music [Has AA1 music but with more musicbox sounds and strings, which is pleasing to my ears] I know this was released a long time ago, but i would like to discuss what you liked [Or didn't liked] about this crossover, and from what parts i played involving puzzles and layton, are the games just as good, better or worse, since i'm thinking about getting them?

PLvPW is a really, really poor Layton game (in terms of puzzles). Pick up Curious Village, I promise you'll enjoy it more -- it seemed like this game didn't really know how to create an interesting puzzle

I still enjoyed it though. I think the games compliment each other quite nicely
