Pit's arrows look like a fantastic projectile. SideB -> Arrows to kill at 70%? Jeez! And the fact that they knock upwards too... I'm not complaining or anything... Yet.

So what? It's still looks good to me, its not meant to be really strong, but we all just blame the devs for making Pit weak, those bastards. No wonder Pit's F smash killed in the 60's on Isaac. Also no Brawl Star KO voice.

It's basically the same one except Smash 4's has him to a step to increase range, this move is supposed to just be average in kill power.

Sadly, you are mistaken. He doesn't boost forward, he just lunges forward in the animation a bit.

Oh yeah, about Upperdash Arm.
I feel like rn the attack doesn't look as awesome and dramatic looking as it does in Sm4sh.
It being a kill-move though. Hype.

Even with a low ceiling, that's still crazy strong. Keep in mind, this is killing at ~75% from the ground. Seeing as Pit is a multi-jump character, it seems quite likely that he'll be able to find ways to lead into Upperdash Arms much higher on the stage. Granted, I don't think we saw it defended against with proper DI in the video, but even then, I wouldn't be surprised to see Upperdash killing at ~90% against the best DI on the planet. Not only that, but Isaac doesn't look all that floaty. Imagine at what percentage it will kill Jiggs.
Now, it's obviously difficult to judge exactly how good Upperdash Arm and other new things will be without playing the new version oneself, but seriously, every character we've seen in the past two dev blogs looks like they would be top/high tier even in v0.9b's meta of insanity. Beta is going to be one crazy game.

I agree, I have already thought up some combos that I couldn't do in smash 4 that I might be able to do here. I wouldn't go that far in saying that Beta characters look like top/high tier, we will see, but if most things are tweaked like what happened when we first saw Marth's chain grab before v0.9b was released then maybe.
