Post your craziest ideas for characters that you'd really like to see in any Smash game in general. If possible, a description of moves would be cool too. If this already exists, my b, I looked through the forum and didn't see it
I'll start:

Team Rocket (Jessie and James)
Not sure if Jessie would do all the fighting and James would be moral support or like Ice Climbers

Neutral Special:
WOBBUFFET
A counter, deals damage back to whoever delivered it up to a max of 63 (Its weight)

Side Special:
Poké Ball
Throws a Poké Ball that traps whoever it lands on for time that scales with damage, like Yoshi's egg

Down Special:
Summon Meowth
Summons a Meowth that basically is the one from a Pokéball with a little extra power. Must recharge after use.

Up Special:
Hot Air Balloon
Takes out their hot air balloon for a pretty good recovery

Side Smash:
Surprise Zubat!
Similar to Pac-Man's, attack to the direction you're facing with a Zubat showing up to extend range

Down Smash:
Earthquake
Summons Golem to create a small earthquake around the player

Up Smash:
A simple uppercut

Final Smash:
Prepare for Trouble!
Gain a boost in attacking power, Wobbuffet deals more base damage, max increased to 108 (Pokédex number), Meowth becomes Persian, lasts for the entire Smash, Zubat becomes Crobat, more damage, Down Smash has more range, Side Special travels faster and traps for longer

Taunt:
Prepare for Trouble, and Make it Double!
The whole team's motto, James, Meowth, Wobbuffet, and all
