Again, did some Copy Pasting because the actual stage is like that but with flash effects.
Also, I added a Barrel Cannon in the Background. It serves no purpose at all, but it's a little detail.
I tought of adding a Background based on Rope Rampage, but I don't know much about photoshop.
Fourside is next.

I think you should edit the Barrel Cannon to be a DK Barrel, since a Barrel Cannon being in the background just seems out of place.

Maybe the DK barrel could be Diddy waiting to break out!

Well, the Barrel Cannon appears in the actual stage, maybe someone took it and hid it there?
I may add another Barrel in there, but I'm currently busy with Fourside.

Took longer than it should:

Fourside in Omega Mode.
I wanted to make the tower like it looked like in Earthbouns, but I realized that would make the stage look big vertically.
I had to borrow some sprites (which I ripped) to finish the building, because it was taking forever.
I am not very satisfied with the shading in the "MONOTOLI" part, any way I could fix it?
Also, the Helicopter should land on the Helipad, I didn't sprited it because it's already sprited in SSF2.
Credits to the SSF2 Spriting Team.
(I may Sprite some Buildings for the Background, but I'm not really sure)
I'm not sure of what stage to do next, maybe Yoshi's Island.

Or you could work on Jungle Hijinx like you said.

To be honest I think you'd benefit more if you did the entire stage. This one platform deal isn't really getting you anywhere.

Omega Stages are supposed to be simple and Flat, I had lots of trouble making the whole Monotolo Building, so I decided to just put the Helipad in there and give it more of a "balcony feel".
Shadow Moses is almost finished.

Wasn't easy, but wasn't hard either.
Of course, the Background should be different than the current version (instead of a black, empty background, a snow mountain-esque background)
I will edit the barrel in Jungle Hijinx and then do another stage.
