Same for me. We had our very first video game club meeting of the year today! Off to beat some people in Smash and get beaten in everything else! :) Also, I decided today that I'll go to our Anime club for the first time. Oddly, it mostly has a bunch of girls. Should I try and be the one special guy and maybe also get a girl there? Anime girlfriend? Heh heh....

they're all going to be weirdos who are into yaoi and would love to see you get f*** by another dude

or they'll just have garbage taste

This is so accurate it isn't even funny

There's a difference between girls who'll watch anime sometimes and girls in anime clubs, trust me.

The anime club at my school has super obnoxious people who eat all the snacks and don't share and do not know how to shower. They also laugh way too hard at all the jokes in the anime. It's annoying. I no longer go.

I present the following: as a country we maybe hold a bit too much reverence for 9/11

no, but look at Superkid's first post

The kid was like 2 when it happened and his post reads like he knew someone personally that died or something

My grandma and grandad were in Miami when it happened can I still act sad

9/11 is good for the fast food restaurants posting messages about it on twitter and not much else.

It was years ago. Yeah, it was horrible, but it's f*** ridiculous that people still act like it was only a year ago or whatever every single year.

Get over it ffs
