Seriously tho, tails isn't goofy at all.

Tails isn't goofy at all to me. Like, maybe a character like Knux to a degree, but not Tails.

It may be just Sonic Lost World's odd character designs/skits that may lead you to think that.

Or it may be the sad Tails AI we've come to see die over and over again in the original Sonic games, that may have made some of yall think that.

Tails is one of the most reliable characters for Sonic, if not the most.

I don't know how you blokes aren't seeing that Tails is a goofy lad. Yeah, he's reliable at times but just think about the things he's done, like

-Crashing his plane multiple times
-Forgetting to eject from crashing plane
-Forgetting he can fly
-Revealing to Eggman about the truth of the fake emerald (I know that was a simple mistake but COME ON)
-Inventions often initially fail

Obviously, he's not as goofy as Knuckles (that lad's on another level lmao) but he is clumsy and a bit of a goofball to a certain extent. But can you blame him? I mean, he's only 8 years of age.

I feel as if those things that happened were either simple mistakes or how Tails sometimes isn't one to take action enough in the heat of moment, like Sonic is.

Ok, I wanna ask this about Tails in BETA-will his U-Throw still allow you to go left/right, and has that range of motion been decreased?
I was wondering about that, as his new SSpec does practically the same thing, but fixed and dashing.

Friendly reminder that this is the Sonic franchise we're talking about. Literally all the characters on the games screw something up more than one time in order for the games' plot to advance.

Sonic, Knuckles, Shadow, Amy, Cream, Big, Silver, Eggman, the Chaotix guys. And I don't think all of the characters here are "goofy".

tbh whatever Tails accomplishes seems to be completely overshadowed by some stupid stuff he occasionally does. I can draw a really dumb comparison to a particular series right now but i'm not gonna lol

As much as I liked Rhythm Twister, Airlift looks a lot better in my opinion.
I'm pretty sure they made it so Tails can throw in any direction, at least that's what I remember from the Smash Con footage.
