It's not a real game, it's a fan game. Xover was the last game actually made by Capcom, thus it's canon. _________________

recently started playing mega man battle network because i know next to nothing about it other than the basic setting, i'm really getting a kick out of it. the battle system is neat, the art style is cute, and i really like all the little allusions and nods to the classic series. anyone else played it + thoughts on it?

Never played the games for battle network but i did play starforce which was basically a spiritual successor

they dragged it on pretty long like qbit said, but battle network 6 (cybeast gregar) is probably one of my fav megaman games, tbh
love the battle system, the story satisfied me, and it was just a fun game to play imo _________________     early 2k nostalgia mode |

the only thing that's bugging me really is random encounters but it's an rpg and i guess that's just kind of how it works. i know most people don't mind random encounters as much as i do so i can't really fault it for it.

yeah I prefer RPGs that have the enemies visible on the field but I'm not going to complain if one has random encounters
It'd be like complaining that water is too wet |

I don't get any of the hype behind it at all
I played the first two games and they were both pretty boring (but hilarious, I will admit) The graphics were great though. Maybe with an HD remake or something of the sort I'll consider playing it again. They just have to redesign the controls and mechanics and whatever else comes with HD remakes nowadays _________________ smesh heel |
