wait does that mean the ssf2 animation archive isn't viewable by the public(those that aren't MG members) or the regular joe(regular Mg members like myself) just can't acess the place where you confirm the animation

It means that anyone who isn't a dev cannot access the archive. We've had too many cases of sprite theft so we felt that it was vital for us to do so. There have been cases of even our own MG members posting our work for other projects elsewhere, so you can thank them.

Although i dislike the fact that the archive is being closed, I understand your reasons. I just enjoyed checking out on occassion and seeing how the sprites were progressing. I beleive that you made a good decision Cleod.

If it was one small instance. If four entire characters made only for ssf2 were stolen and then the theft refused to stop using them or acknowledge proper credit and we had to deal with it through a very large war... then, yeah, it's that much of an issue. Especially since this instance wasn't the only time it's happened. And plus, 90% of the stuff uploaded is horrible anyway. _________________ *Hiatus* |
