I'd probably not believe it and attempt to kill myself in an attempt to prove it wrong. Then fail and realize that I have eternal life, and I'd abuse it one way or another.

So you'd like have prostitutes and not pay them then like fight the pimps or something? Or like rob banks? Or deal drugs or what?

Dunno. Probably would just keep doing what I normally do.

For now it'd mainly be a psychological toll on me. I'll never have to face death (something I honestly fear), but everyone I know will someday be dead, and I will live to see every bit of it.

Death is when you have spent your allotted to finally leave the mortal plane into another plane of existence. Or nonexistence. Whatever.
Jumping off building will be fun until you realize your friends, loved ones, and family are all dying.

Besides, eternal life won't stop you from aging into wrinkled bones, contracting diseases, or getting crushed into a pulp where you cannot move.
