They keep failing. They need a game to bring them back on top, or they should cancel Sonic altogether~

But they won't, they'll come up with a stupid gimmick and next thing you know, there will be a wild west Sonic game on the shelves.

Colours was good, IMO. Not bad, for now. The power ups were... I hated them, but the game was polished.

Let's see if we can see something worthwhile.

They just need something more simillar to Unleashed(day) and Colours but without gimmics and make it easier than Brawl so that IGN won't shoot it down for "difficulty spikes".

Something based entierly on that type of gameplay and if anything, minigames so it won't be 3hrs long.

Okay, I've been thinking about this for a while, and I wanna ask: what would you like to see in a Sonic game? I wanna see a game with Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Eggman. They are musts. They can add Amy, Shadow, and Cream too, but no more. They've added so many damn characters that they never use in Sonic games, it's aggravating. Gameplay wise, I wanna have Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Shadow to be mainly about speed. With Tails, you can add some light flight sections, and Knuckles can have a little bit more combat type sections, but the game should still rely mainly on speed. Amy and/or Cream should play roles similar to SA2, being main supporting characters, but not playable. And please please don't force Knuckles to sit there and look for f*** Keys or Emeralds the whole time.

Or they could have Tails and Knuckles be playable, just keep them similar to how they play in Sonic 3 & Knuckles and the Sonic Advance series.

I don't really have a problem with having a s*** of playables, I actually so much chars to go as was 06's only good idea in my opinion(exept for the part where Silver's entire role in the plot is a rip off of DBZ).


In my ideal Sonic game different chars with different gameplay would be fine as long as they take their time and polish it and not rush it like 06 which they didn't even bother to fix for the release on the remaning consoles.

Sonic exactly like Unleashed and Colours and Shadow very similar but with a little more combat than just homming attack and boost, and a tad more enemies to show it off.

Silver, well I like 60's idea for the spychic powers, maybe a little faster though.

Knuckles could play like were hog but with gliding and atleast 50% less obligatory battles. Blaze probably similar but more ranged moves and no gliding.(for that matter it's better to just have either Blaze or Nux but you never know)

Tails could be mostly searching for "X" missions(f*** It better don't happen but just in case it does at let it not be Knuckles for once) and Tornado missions(sky fighting flying robots and/or escape sequences).


Then offcourse, good to great story, level design and graphics.

Anyways, for the 20th anniversary is sonic 4 episode 2. And as the first, no playables other than sonic and just 4 zones...
However, issues will be fixed and a small surprise is to come as that what SEGA says
