DISCLAIMER: This RP is based on a video game called The World Ends With You.

There was an accident. Perhaps you were shot. Maybe you were hit by a car. You might have even fallen down several flights of stairs. Regardless of how it happened, you perished.

You awoke, intact, in a room filled with blinding white light. A shadowy figure appeared before you with a proposition: Play a seven-day Game to earn a second chance at life. Of course, you accepted, seeing that refusal to play meant oblivion. Only after you agreed were you informed that playing this Game required you to pay an entry fee, the thing that was most dear to you. This fee was anything such as an object, an aspect of yourself, or even a person. You were informed that if you win, you would regain your entry fee. If you lose the Game, however, you would lose your entry fee, along with your right to exist.

The room began slipping away, and you could tell that you were being transported somewhere else. As you faded, the figure stuffed a number of pins (otherwise known as lapel pins, or buttons) into your pocket, saying, "You'll need these. Oh, and find a partner. You'll need one of those too."

After that strange incident, you find yourself face-planted on the floor of an American mall.

After standing up and looking around, you get a text message. There is no number, and it simply says, "Reach Hot Topic. You have 60 minutes. Fail and be erased. -Sincerely, The Reapers."

Yeah, alright.

Besides technical stuff like that, is there anything I REALLY need to work on?
