What happened to the "locking and moving to cemetary" approach that has worked for, oh, I dunno, since 2007?

The problem is that the sections got flooded with posts which are not Spam, but stop being usefull after 1 day...
And so, it's pretty complicated to find ANYTHING in a section flooded which stuff which are no longer usefull...

So, if they had a separeted section for that kind of stuff (duels, minor works, etc.) , they would be able to post them (because they are not spam, and it makes a lot sence letting people post this stuff) and not flooding the section...

is just like having the "character's bio" section separated from the main "rpg" section...
even when they can perfectly be togheter, having them splitted helps to have things clean and organized...

ps: also, this way is "efford-saving" for the mods. (cleod should have no problem doing this, I've seen him creating sub-sections before ).
