This is my first MG rp I'll be joining, so I'm not sure what kind of things you guys approve and disapprove of. for instance, I think it was stated that having flashbacks was annoying on MG. however, flash backs are good on SOS, provided they don't get too complicated. I wouldn't mind looking at a brief tut on rping for this site if you guys could link me. However, I think you'll find my rping skill adequate.

on topic: I think sayo and I will have a nice surprise for all of you on the next week or 2.

I made Nini have flashbacks in the beta of LoW. And plan to again. Idk whether people like it or not, but i like delving into my character and their background as it associates with the RP. Drama included. Im not going to hold back on how i feel my characters will act and feel in a given situation.

I haven't heard any complaints.

This is an example of what I'm working on (Surprising is no fun in this situation):

Battle Cry
Type: Group ally buff
Cost: 32 MP + 5% HP
Power: (Level / 21) + 2 [Decimals ignored]
Description: The champion lets out a cry, fortifying the courage of himself and his allies, their next (Power) melee attacks will be at their max value, and ignore up to 12 damage resistance. The spell can only be used after every 2 turns, and the beginning of a battle.
Requirement: Level 7; champion

War Cry
Type: Group enemy debuff
Cost: 35 MP + 15% HP
Power: (Level / 31) + 3 [Decimals ignored]
Description: The berserker cries a fear-inducing yell, decapitating his enemies’ will. Their damage is reduced by 20% for (Power) turns, bosses are reduced to their minimum damage for 2 turns. Cannot be used at beginning of battle, only after every 3 turns. Debuff does not stack.
Requirement: Level 6; berserker

I'm aware my balancing skills aren't exactly great *RAGE-GLARE AT HAKKER*, so I'll need to know if I should continue on this, or stop. Specifically, I want Kerim's opinions, I haven't sent this to him via PM.

They are fairly weak, and have a low mana cost. they need more oomph inorder to be remotely useful.

The spells are looking okay. I don't think they need too much reworking, although the "12 Damage Resistance" could raise by level, if only slightly. The system for raising power should work fine.

War Cry seems to have too high of a cost, with the HP. I believe that it could be lowered a bit. Just a question, though, is it 15% of your maximum HP, or 15% of your remaining points?
