Oops...
Having the same IP as someone else suggests that you both are using the same computer, so people speculate that it has to be the same person, and having multiple accounts is against the rules.

Beats me. Perhaps some kind of moderator thing. They can check the loggings. I never bothered to ask, and I'm fine the way I am, seeing as I have nothing to fear from multiple accounts except for the fact that my little brother may make one.
