Try a video card and extra RAM first. That's the only thing I can think of that will fit your budget >_>.

I've tried to buy extra RAM, but it seems that it wouldn't be compatible with this piece of crap I have to call a computer. A video card, it would work, I may hope, but the speed will still be very slow.

I was thinking about a job, because I could go to Starbucks, Boston Market, a McDonalds, or a Car Wash. I'm too lazy to apply though.
