IMO it's like they said.
The Firefighters were just doing their job, if they just let it slide when someone hadn't paid to save a home, there would be no point in paying. Also IMO, there shouldn't be a fee to begin with. |

There's a fee over here, but it's an insurance policy that you have to get on your house (it also protects you from natural disasters and such), and it's pretty cheap since EVERYONE has it.
