Is anyone having else a having a problem going to nintendo network?

I have no problems going on the DLC shop, but connecting to the online matchmaking server is another story. It'll start to connect, then it says that I have a error halfway though

I can connect online normally,
yet i can't download dlc

oh, it appears i misread Roy's buffs and nerfs and Flare Blade is still a 1HKO
but
blazer is nerfed, it's no longer a 1HKO on lighter characters

When it comes to DLC
How about just bring back all 7 veterans that are left and have them available to the people who want them. Don't like them? Don't buy them.
I'd love to see every veteran back and get the treatment everyone else has. (Snake, Wolf, Ice Climbers, Squirtle, Ivysaur, Pichu, Young Link)
Same goes for stages. Bring back as many stages as they want and just buy the ones you want.
I'd prefer that than sakurai give in to what the majority of his "fans" want.

The ballot is useless. It's not a true voting system like you and everyone else assumes. It's just a way to share who we'd like and why. That's all. Sakurai will ultimately make the decision of who HE wants to add. Not us. So get off your high horse and be patient like the rest of us.

Nintendo's servers (used for the DLC, since the DLC is layered into the eShop), and the Smash Bros. servers (for online of course) are completely different.

Seeing the new Mario & Luigi game at E3 reminded me to put in another vote for Paper Mario. And for Shantae, Captain Syrup and Bomberman.
