I'd like some critique despite who the character is if that's ok

For a MLP character her ear is a bit sharp. Twilight's wing is a little larger and pointier than a Pegasus's (but for a Pegasus wing it seems about right). Her flank seems a bit small. Deleting the pixel that connects the wing with the front part of the back leg should fix that.

The only real problem I see, is that the tail doesn't seem to have the same light source as the rest of the sprite, otherwise the base of the tail would have a shadow cast on it from the plot, as well as a slightly different shading at the end.

Stylistically, finding a way to let Pegasi and Alicorns display there cutie marks would be nice. Also of note, if you plan on a set, Princess Twilight is just a tad larger than her friends at this point. It could warrant an extra pixel at the neck OR legs for her, or maybe not since one pixel is a lot at this size.

Reven pretty much got every criticism down. Though I can understand sacrificing visible Cutie Marks for decent wing look. Same for Twilight's wings.

Everything looks much better now, however the tail shading still seems off, if I'm reading your light source correctly it's some 15-20 pixels off Twi's nose and a few pixels towards us. That means that the light is in front of Twilight, so her butt should be casting a shadow on the base of her tail and the outer curve should have limited to no shadow. I think your first tail is closer to what I'm thinking for the outer curve while the second attempt is closer to what the inner curve should be. Note that this is a big Deci *thinks*, and isn't sure exactly how a large length of hair like that should go, you might want to check some references to be sure, I'm a bit out of practice.
