Speaking of Seth, do you guys reckon he's the one who revived Nash? The gray skin bits of Frankennash remind me of Seth and they confirmed that Nash was the mercenary that saved Abel from SIN.

I wanna say it's more Gil or Urien, the jewel thing he has reminds me of the Illuminati from Street Fighter III.
It'd also make sense since it might be closer to that time period considering we get a weak Denjin Hadoken from Ryu.

The Illuminati has roots in Shadaloo, so it could've been set up by Gill but through SIN, yeah.

As far the time period, I really want it to be post-Street Fighter III and it seems it is that way right now, but I'll hold on on saying it's certain untill we see what they did with the Street Fighter III character designs.
