That rule can be bent occasionally depending (it's casual, the RPer has writer's block, is a lazy a** (e.g, me), etc).

Exception to the example in rule #44:

If someone has only one arm, it's still possible (but very difficult) for them to dual-wield using both weapons in one hand/other areas. They still have to specify it as such though.

#45: As a RP Master, don't plan too much ahead of time. Too much planning could result in utter catastrophe if someone finds a flaw/goes off the rails.

#46: As a RP Master, don't railroad by placing obvious landmines on either side of the tracks. Give the players a bit of freedom. This is a RPG, not a rail shooter.
