I am a sprite rocolorer, kinda good at sprite making, but better as recoloring... anyway....

I have a project called SSBR (Super Smash Bros. RPG), and I kinda need... 107 characters, including random, makes 108. Now, there are some characters, not all confirmed, but possibly are going to be in.

We've a whole sub-section dedicated to this kind of stuff (it's called upcoming games), so it doesn't fit in here.

Besides, to create a topic like this one, you need permission, which you'll never get this way.
Since a lot of people like creating topic about games which ARE NEVER FINISHED, I decided to allow only the creations of games which are likely to be finished.
This one doesn't.

So, until you get some proof you can create this game (some screenshots, videos and/or demos), this topic will never be created.
