Make Ryu have a health bar at all times, even without stamina mode, if it runs out, he can't get up from his downed state or even move until KO'd.

Make Wah automatically walk a number of steps forward after his dice explodes.
The number of steps depends on what number he gets.
(getting a 3 = 3 steps forward)

make ALL of simon's attacks have a tether, even if he doesn't use the whip
and replace his UpB with ZSS's (which already looks like his up-throw)

Make Rayman's Up b flying upwards and make it have a strong hitbox when he cancels his helicopter hair.

While you're at it, give Waluigi a sword and remove his hat to reveal Marth's hair underneath.
