The first question in my SSF2 Q&A
Well, in fighting games, an attack can be broken down into three parts: Startup, Active, and Endlag.
Startup refers to the time between inputting the move and when the hitbox for the move comes out. This is a vulnerable time.
Active is when the move's hitbox is out, and can damage enemies. This is not usually a vulnerable time.
Endlag is like startup, but it occurs after the hitbox disappears. The time between a hitbox disappearing and when you can perform another action (move cancels notwithstanding). This is a vulnerable time.
Frames are a unit of measurement for time. SSF2 runs at 30 FPS as opposed to the 60 FPS of the main smash games. These are how you measure startup, active, and endlag in fighting games.
I'm sure all of this makes sense. So, to rephrase my question: In how many frames relative to the initial input would Fox's neutral air be able to hit an opponent?

Honestly, your response has revealed that you have a general lack of knowledge surrounding fighting games. Were you reasonably well-versed in any fighting game, you would most certainly understand the question. It is a difficult question to answer, had you responded with an "I don't know" it could mean you understand the question but simply lacked the resources to answer. However, if you could not understand what the initial question was asking then I think you are woefully underprepared to run a Q&A for SSF2 players.
My question only required beginner-intermediate general fighting game knowledge to comprehend, there are certainly more complex questions that would require more specialized and more advanced knowledge.
