It's not like whoever buys ATLUS would be forevermore developing the games. ATLUS still would, they'd just be owned and funded by a different parent company.

I'd prefer if Nintendo bought it. They need some more franchises under their wing to help them stay afloat; I mean, the Wii U is already out of the console wars, and the PS4/XBox One aren't even out yet!

the last thing the world needs is more series not being continued because "we can't find a way to make them innovative"
also don't let SEGA buy them because then they'll pull another Yakuza/Valkyria Chronicles and we'll never see another game in the West again

atlus are already making 3DS games
if they were going to port a Persona game to the 3DS, they would have done it before Devil Survivor because Persona prints money
go enjoy SMT IV instead
