So I came back after 2 years and I am confused as to how people didn't find this tech. I accidentally found it online. Please don't remove this, I wanna do this to Simon spammers.
If you use the down version of his side-b and the hand hits the ground, you can use it again on the same exact spot by doing side-b>down. This can be an infinite but needs good time. You can potentially build up damage on big characters this way. Side-b>down>reverse side-b>down always works. You can also launch your opponent if you are in the air to towards you. Yeah the downward Side B can be continued into other Side B. This is probably a bug, but it is useful.

 I've seen a few Isaac mains use this quite a lot in 1.1 and do all sorts of mix-ups There's also another tech that has been known for quite a while - pressing up and down at the same time makes the hand rise higher than normal, which is useful for KO'ing off the top (especially on floaties)  _________________    Well, old friends, this is the day where everything will be archived for all to see and reminisce about.
