The thing about the framer to me is, why would the PM be sent to Terra in that case? That just doesn't seem right to me. Wouldn't the PM be sent to someone else against Terra?

Well, if you break it down a bit:
Mafia framer framed me N1.
Deph sent a message to me, hoping to further drag me down by having me attack BB, hoping that the cop investigation would be the final nail on the head.

Here's what I figure they would do if a framer were in play.

Mafia frames Terra due to scummy actions day 1. They figure he'll be investigated. They send the PM to a town-looking player saying Terra is guilty. That player shares the message with the town. The message makes sense as Terra was scummy, and town decides it must have comes from Cthulu. Investigator sees this, and lining up with his investigation, places his vote on terra.

Also, we don't know the exact nature of the message, do we?

I'm speaking hypothetically 135. I'm saying that's why I think what would have happened if a framer was in play. And yes we do pretty much know for certain the message came from Deph. it was one of Anton's abilities, and is highly doubt a second message sender in the game.

Hmm, I'm not too sure. I mean, two messengers in the same game of different alignments does seem like a pretty interesting concept. And while it is possible that the message were from him, they do not correspond to the exact form of the messages that were sent in the original game. But then again, it is very possible that 194 altered the messages so people won't be like, "Hey, I remember these messages being sent by a Mafia guy lol".

I'm pretty sure if there was a second message sender, we would've been told by the recipient of it.

Ah, that's a nice way to check. The only problem is that the second message might not end up getting sent to a Town-sided player, which is not very probable, but possible nonetheless.

Thats going back to what I said, maybe the mafia didn't want to send the message to terra. If DJ's ability doesn't detect bus driver roles then it's possible the mafia wanted to send the message to 135 instead, but they were bussed.

Seems highly unlikely to me DJ's ability doesn't detect one specific role.

Well that depends who the bus driver is.

I'm fairly certain that bus drivers have priority over everything. Thus, if the hypothesis floating around is correct, DJ Wiz actually saw Dephius and Terra visit... Terra.

Wait a second. If that was the case, Terra would have received his own Life Pot. That means...

Well something must have happen, I doubt Dephius just visited 135 house for no reason and he couldn't have been there for the mafia kill.

Imagine this is all one big ploy of the mafia (Consisting of DJ,Terra,Dephius and 135) to clear there names and fool us for the entire game? Because I really can't find a logical explanation as to why and how Dephius visited 135 and Terra received the message.
