Honestly for me its more of a time killer then anything else. However some characters are fairly fun to play as.

Hard countered by Ryze who is probably the top or at least one of the top 3 mages in the game, and lots of people can freefarm off him, just weak match ups against several other mids

Anyways, Ryze does negate some of Veigar's damage by not building too much AP.
