Required disconnect time. I actually had to sneak this post in bed when I am supposed to be sleeping. I also intended to post this yesterday but it was night so yeah.

Guys, don't do this to the game, don't dissapear.

In order to explain my point of "Brik and DJWiz are not both Mafia" it is very simple: If Brik was scum partner with DJWiz, do you think he would not know what's happening to his partner?

Of course, you could say he's pulling a charade to get town points, however, he did so by bringing us information, as he directly asked the moderator itself and he delivered. If he wanted to gain town points he would ask vaguely, as it would be in his best interest to keep town ignorant about his partner's condition.

Therefore, I can safely conclude at least one of them isn't scum. Since having a Mafia Member hiding until an unknown even sounds very imbalanced (even to Terra's standards), I'm inclined to believe Semicolon is not scum.

My apologies, I've been otherwise occupied for the last two days.

I wouldn't be so quick to presume that Semicolon isn't mafia; stranger things can and have happened. That said, I don't think what we know of his role gives any hints that he is mafia, so it's kind of a moot point. There is something important that we don't know, however.

@Mod: Can we lynch Semicolon?

I've prodded Dephius and have added the following rule to the OP.

"Unless you have explicitly declared V/LA, during the day you must post once every 36 hours or you will lose the ability to vote. If you lose your vote this way, you will regain it 24 hours after you post for the first time since losing it."



You may not lynch him: for all intents and purposes assume he is currently not in the game. This includes win conditions, votes etc. etc.

Sorry for the inactivity, been busy with some stuff and haven't been at my computer much.

It's hard to tell since we don't know the exact details, but it honestly feels like something that could go either way.

If it's a mafia power, it'd make sense. Get out of the game for a while if pressure is building on you. Then again, if that's the case, why use it Night 0 of all times? And it'd have to be a one-day only thing to not be ridiculously overpowered. I'm leaning more on the side of it being a town power.

That is, if it's even a power that was used. This part of the opening post:

makes me think it might be a part of the role. Maybe he has a really strong power but joins the game after everyone else to balance that? I don't know, I'm just thinking out loud here.

I should probably not point at myself as that is never a good idea.

DJW being out until something happens. Well we know he exists, we just have to find the trigger. Or not. The world may never know. Well the world knows, just not this town of random beings.

If this is something DJ activated manually, I can see this being something he's doing to confirm him town early in the game. I do think it's probably a town ability because otherwise it would be stupid OP. Terra's done some crazy roles in the past but nothing like that. He could actually also be a third party, with a 5v2v1 setup.

My vote on Skye is legit btw. Him trying to draw town connections so early and with so little substance doesn't sit right with me. I've done similar things to what Brik's done as mafia in games on this site. I think it was requesting deadline extensions early. It really doesn't seem like a valid reason to mark someone town, especially for someone who's been playing as long as Skye.

Mass nameclaim would probably get us nowhere because if people fished for mafia roles and didn't get them we'll instantly jump on them just for their character name. Like, "Hi I'm King Joffrey please don't lynch me"

@kb: I'm not certain what the point would be other than to speculate about each other's powers. It's not as though the role names have anything to do with alignment. : /
