Mega Charizard X is a Fire/Dragon type. It has higher attack, with tough claw ability, which raises it's attack even further.

Personally, I think they will. But I don't think they'll reveal them so quickly.

The stats are getting confusing as well, as do the types. (i.e. With the inclusion of the fairy type, most types have been changed in some way. For example, electric types can no longer get paralyzed, etc.)

So for Pokémon X, we have Mega Charizard X and Mega Mewtwo X.
Mega Charizard is a Fire/Dragon Type, while Mega Mewtwo is a Psychic/Fighting type. (I think that one has been covered already.) Mega Charizard gets the move Dragon Tail, which forces the Pokémon to switch out. But it adds damage to the Pokémon while doing so.

You saw Mega Charizard Y already. It's the first Mega Charizard.

I'm honestly losing my hype for this game:

If you want to use a mega form Pokemon, your opponent must have one too.
Fennekin's final evolution looks so f*** stupid. WHY? I loved Fennekin...
The Mega Form stuff seems really inconsistent and feels awkward. Some Pokemon have mega forms, and only some of those Pokemon have two mega forms (from what's revealed anyways)
I feel like the game is trying too hard to keep in touch with the older generations as well.

I don't understand these complaints, or why they would make you lose hype.

Did you expect to go mega whenever you wanted? I'm really glad it's balanced out, or else there wouldn't be any use for the normal version of the pokemon.
There have been two so far with alt forms, i don't think that makes it feel way off and inconsistent. They're both very popular pokemon.
Trying too hard to keep in touch with the old generation is a COMPLAINT? If they moved in a new direction, you'd probably complain about that too.
And that fennekin thing is subjective so I can't say anything about that other than I think you're being dramatic. You aren't looking at the trillion upsides to the game, you're just nitpicking.

it's probably because i was looking forward to them so much and now they're just kinda declining
it is nitpicking, to be honest. anywho:

the reason i have a problem with it is because it's a gamble and will waste a slot where a life orb or leftovers would go
There's a nice way to balance out old Pokemon and new Pokemon, really. But according to the leaked dex and the fact we get a Kanto starter (seemingly) early (if it isn't early, disregard this part) there's a lot of Pokemon back and it feels more like Kanto 2.0. Black 2 and White 2 had a nice balance of Pokemon.

there are a lot of upsides yeah but i don't know. there's just something off and i'm slowly disliking this generation so far.


but yeah it is better than ignoring them.
